For repairs for which we do not have a fixed repair rate, we first provide a quote. If, after receiving the quotation, you decide not to carry out the repair, we will charge you research costs. The amount of the research costs differ per product.
Research costs
If, after a thorough diagnosis of your defective device, we provide you with a quote and you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will charge you research costs. The amount of research costs depends on the product. If we are unable to repair your device, we will of course not charge you any research costs. If, after extensive testing of your device, we have not been able to find a complaint (no-fault-found), we will also charge the investigation costs.
