We also check the charging port and the motherboard where necessary, as high battery consumption is not always caused solely by a worn-out battery.

Depending on the damage, internal cleaning, motherboard diagnostics, and component-level repair may be necessary.

Yes. When a Hammerhead button is unresponsive, stuck, double-registers, or only works when pressed hard, we can investigate the problem. The cause could be mechanical wear, but also moisture, corrosion, a damaged internal switch, or a poor connection to the motherboard.
